Organic lean Dexter beef for sale. Dexters are uncommonly low in fat and saturated fat in
comparison to most major cattle breeds. Also, being a smaller breed, Dexter’s have a more
reasonable size for the various cuts of meat. And finally, Dexter’s are a very hardy breed
and do very well with organic practices. Presently have two steers that will be ready for
market 09-10/2005. Approximately 300 lb cut weight for each steer, 2.99/lb plus cutting,
