My work centers on self acceptance training, as taught by Dick Olney and Cherie McCoy, and
body oriented psychotherapy. I also do Rolfing Structural Integration, also with a self
acceptance focus. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin and a certified
Rolfer through the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I have experience working with
depression, anxiety, trauma, injury rehabilitation, addictions and alcoholism, couples
counseling, abuse issues, adolescent problems, family dysfunction and also those simply
wanting to feel more joy and energy in their bodies. I find meaning and comfort through
walks in the forest, poetry, healing music, canoing, camping, healing groups and
photography.
