We focus on making handmade organic and fair trade chocolate treats including:
fudges, bars, barks, bonbons, brittles and dry cocoa mix. Our chocolate supplier
is Cocoa Camino because we trust their business practises and they provide a
high quality couveture chocolate that we enjoy working with directly.
Our
bonbons are our signature item ... first off they are absolutely delicious ...
our customers tell us this over and over again. Secondly, our bonbons contain no
dairy ... they are made with pure simple excellent ingredients: dark chocolate,
cocoa, soymilk and pure extracts & concentrates. Thirdly, they are reasonably
priced for a high quality hand made chocolate. And lastly our description for
our bonbons, creamy rich ganache covered in a 70% chocolate that melts in your
mouth.
We are proud of our product line and feel that those concerned with
quality of ingredients will be more than satisfied.
