Childbirth is a healthy and natural process. My services focus on providing
families with the knowledge and support necessary to ensure that their birth
experiences is the healthiest and happiest that it can be.
I am a
professional counselor with a background in trauma related disorders, grief and
loss as well as other mood disorders. In addition to therapeutic services, I
also attend homebirths as a doula, and instruct natural childbirth preparation
classes.
I believe that it is your body, your baby and your birth. The
healthiest births happen in well- informed families that are surrounded by
skilled care providers with whom they've established a trusting relationship
