Newsletter, outreach and monthly programs focus on health, environmental issues
and animal rights. Programs and articles include aspects of these issues that
may not directly relate to vegetarianism except through shared goals.
Monthly
programs are often preceded by a vegan potluck.
Annual vegan Thanksgiving-Day
potluck.
In addition to describing local activities, the newsletter often has
in-depth articles and has been subscribed to by people all over the U.S. (and
now in Europe as well!)
