The Center offers a six-week Foundations in Meditative Practice course suitable
for beginners, as well as experienced meditators. Also, on-going meditation
classes (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays) and daily sittings are held at the
Center. Individual sessions in spiritual direction and meditation therapy are
available by appointment.
