Studio Serenity is a quiet yoga sanctuary in the lively district of Adams Morgan
located in the heart of Washington DC. We offer 35 weekly vinyasa classes as
well as specialized programs such as Prenatal Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Teacher
Trainings, and Yoga for Beginners. In addition, we host enlightening and
community inspiring programs such as a monthly Bookclub and Movie Nights.
Our programs invite you to begin where you are and grow into the classes most
suited to your personal needs. All our vinyasa classes are breath-centered and
explore the healing power and connection to our vital energy, known as prana.
Because we honor the yogic system deeply; our goal is to empower you with the
ability and pleasure to feel the transformative yoga experience. We invite you
