The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) is a nonprofit organization
formed to serve as a resource to Texas animal welfare organizations and
municipal animal shelters. TCAP offers grant writing, budget review and
networking services as well as assistance in forming new community programs.
These programs include low cost pet sterilization programs, humane education as
well as feral cat management.
