I teach a 12 class series in natural, husband coached childbirth. Classes are held in the
evenings in a chiropractor's office located right off of the Garden State Parkway. They
run for 2 hours and are usually held on a weekday night. This class aims at preparing you
for having an unmedicated birth in a hospital or your home. Much emphasis is placed on
consumerism, meaning helping you become aware of your choices, and and how to positively
communicate your desires. I have been teaching for 7 years and have had two natural
