We process and sell milk from our own herd of grass-based Jersey cows. We make
our own ice cream and butters. Our Dairy Store offers a full line of local,
sustainable grass-based meat and dairy products. We also sell seasonal, organic
and locally grown produce. The proceeds from our Dairy Store help support our
educational programs.
