Our beef is raised on pasture & a little sweet feed. No antibiotics, growth
hormone, or added preservatives when processed. We have a small select herd of
registered Black Angus. The herd is selected for sustainability, the way raising
livestock is suppose to be. My family has had registered Angus in Missouri for
decades. Because this is a laid back envirnoment the animals are not stressed
with overcrowding & have a shelter from the weather. Beef is sold in half or
quarters or by select cuts in one pound packages. Sometimes we have breeding
stock available for purchase. We also sell fresh eggs from Buff Orphington
chickens. Chickens are fed a hormone, antibiotic free, natural diet. They range
through our farm to not only find forage but to improve soil quality. In the
fall, pears are available. This variety is so old, we don't know what it is. The
trees are not sprayed & only fertilized with organic matter. They are delicious
for canning or making pear butter! Please contact us for more information.
