I am a Registered Nurse, Health Educator, Certified Birth Doula, and the mother
of two daughters. As your doula, I will accompany you through labor and birth,
helping to ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience in the hospital, birth
center, or your home. I will provide you with information, reassurance, and
perspective; make suggestions for labor progress; and aid relaxation with
massage, positioning, and other techniques for comfort. It is my goal to honor
