One of the largest expenses of home ownership (other than the home itself) is
the Watershape(s) on the property. Many purchase a new home with a swimming pool
or a spa and have the home inspection process completed and do not realize that
most inspectors do not inspect the pool or spa, and if they do it is a very
incomplete inspection. This lack of inspection can be very expensive.The next
service that has been added, the most important in my opinion, is
Eco-Consulting. This service comes in two forms. The first form is in
conjunction with an inspection in that after the complete inspection is
performed the owner is given an in-depth report of options to make the
Watershape. Going GREEN can save money as well as improving the health of our
planet. The second form of the consulting is complete consulting from
recommendations to help controlling the entire process of conversion to a GREEN
Watershape.
