Trisha Olow

Birth Doula , Childbirth prep , Doulas , Parenting Classes , Postpartum Doula.

Formerly a zookeeper, Trisha has been in the birthing field since 2002. She received her certification as a birth doula and went on to train as a postpartum doula as well. Trisha then complemented her doula work by receiving her certification in Childbirth Preparation in 2003. Trisha feels that childbirth is a very powerful experience, and that experience becomes better with proper preparation of the mind, body and soul. She teaches childbirth preparation with the Childbirth Education Association, Mary Birch and privately as well.
