Our committment is to work with our patients in creating and maintaining
optimum health. We combine the best evidence-based care from complementary,
alternative, and conventional medicine. Although conventionally trained, we
prefer to use the more natural and gentler methods of complementary/alternative
medicine whenever possible.
We use diet, exercise, nutritional and herbal
supplements, lifestyle changes, and mind-body practices such as relaxation and
Interactive Guided Imagery. Although we do not serve as primary care providers,
we can work with your PCP. We also work with and refer to other complimentary,
alternative, or conventional health-care practitioners as needed.
