Vital Vittles is an organic mill and bakery in Berkeley, California. Our breads
have won international tasting awards. The San Francisco Chronicle has twice
named our breads the best in their category.
We mill wheat and corn on our
original stone mill, which allows cooler flour for enhanced taste and nutrition
We bake delicious, organic 100% whole grain bread, as well as rolls, cookies,
cakes, and muffins. We use only the finest quality ingredients:
