10 Day Yoga Intensive. July 3 to 13, 2008. Find out how ancient yogic teachings
enrich daily life. Awaken to your potential. Explore a variety of spiritual
practices tapping inner resources of wisdom and inspiration.
This popular
course will introduce you to time-tested yogic practices including the Divine
Light Invocation, Mantra and Dream Yoga, Hidden Language Hatha Yoga® and the
yoga of the Kundalini System. Give yourself 10 days to explore these practices,
and learn how to incorporate spiritual and personal development into daily life.
The intensive includes a 2-day Life Seals workshop.
Stay on for up to one
additional week of karma yoga at no extra charge.
Your day will include:

1.5 hours hidden language hatha yoga class (before breakfast)
- 5- 6 hours of
workshops learning about one of our many practices
or participating in a
self-development workshop.
- 1 hour of Satsang in the evening.
