Yogie and Friends has 3 goals: 1) To rescue big exotic cats and give them a
stress-free, safe place to live. 2) To educate people in the community about
these great animals. 3) To help support other refuges. Yogie and Friends opens
to the public on a limited basis to reduce any stress on our animals. The
majority of our cats have come to us from cruel conditions and we do not want to
add any more stress to their lives. Opening to the public on a limited,
educational basis gives us a means to financially support the animals. We are
not a petting zoo and you will not be allowed any hands-on contact with any of
our animals. Our cats never leave the sanctuary, except for medical reasons.
