Our ecological situation may, by calculation, be due to our current state that
humans occupy too much of Earth*s land. A new land platform construct, the TSL
(Terra Structured Land) contributes toward the return of balance back to nature;
the TSL advantage is the land occupancy percentage: depending on the quantity of
tiers, occupancy is reduced anywhere from 30% to about half, or in other words,
humans occupy only 30 % (of the area we occupy currently) or to about half.
Thus, we don*t use about 70% of the occupied land in this instance.
Its
design, an Open Space Frame integrates well to house Modular Systems i.e. Solar
Panels, Wind Powered Generators, Grey Water Systems, Waist Removal, and
lighting. Such integration is done along-with developing *hillside* properties
giving each parcel (lot) desirable space quality.
Unsprawl, a nonprofit
organization, is dedicated to the advancement of solutions that will reverse the
course of environmental destruction brought about by irrational human occupation
of Earth.
