I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Counselor. I work with motivated women
who are in pursuit of a more balanced life and optimal health. Assisting clients to
increase energy, reduce stress and choose foods that will nourish their whole self is what
I enjoy best. It is my belief that essential nutrients can be gotten from whole fresh
foods rather than taking isolated nutrients in supplement form as many people are used to
nowadays. Creating simple menu plans with quick, delicious, healthy recipes allows my
clients to eat according to their bioindividuality and have fun at the same time. As
clients "slow down" in their lives they learn to listen to and trust their body, and
create a life with good nutrition along with a connectedness to their body that leads to a
more nourishing life.
