  Simply put, we are friends who discovered that our Way of Living was becoming simpler - with many of the modern conveniences available to us today. Its scary to think that what we put in or on our bodies might, one day, become a contributing factor to diseases or conditions we have later on life.  As a disease-fearing mother of two, I have been abruptly taught the hard lesson of my own mortality by just giving birth. I quickly realized the stark reality of just simply wanting to always be there for my kids and their kids, and if I'm lucky enough, possibly their kids' kids!
