  The Beau Corps mind / body system is a comprehensive integration of Pilates based exercises, resistance training, and breath control. This movement re-education program is designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The unique blend of floor or "mat work" is combined with exercises performed on studio equipment designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing.
