Join us for a nurturing weekend of yoga in the Stockholm archipelago, Sweden from 11-13 June 2010. The theme of the retreat is connect with yourself and your surroundings. Designed as a genuine opportunity for you to retreat, relax and rejuvenate, the weekend will be focused on asana (physical postures), meditation and personal reflection. There will also be time for you to explore the island, to swim and on Saturday evening you will have the opportunity to enjoy a Swedish sauna by the waterfront. Idöborg is a beautiful island run by Tibetan Buddhists. It is dedicated to meditation and is used for spiritual reflection. The retreat will be run by Samantha Nolan. Samantha has been practising yoga for 17 years and trained as a teacher in 2005. She has taught all over the world including the UK, the US, Europe and Australia. We would love to have you join us.
