  We all take turns hosting a Friday dinner. Even though we have known each other for years and are good friends, there is an unspoken competition with regards to who makes the best meal. I read about VitaClay and was happy to get one for myself. After trying some of the recipes, I decided to use my new VitaClay rice slow cooker to make the rice for the meal.
