  FoodWise is a retail business primarily focused on organic, high- nutrition and storable non-GMO foods. We carry such items as whole grains, corn, rice, beans, freeze dried and air-dried (not dehydrated) foods, water storage supplies and food storage containers. We also carry food preparation equipment such as grinders, mixers, dryers, sprouters, pressure cookers and other items.

  FoodWise also offers classes on food preparation, education on grains, gluten-free cooking, nutrition and proper storage techniques, sprouting, spice mixtures, and long term water storage. The class schedule is Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm and repeated on Thursdays at Noon.

  We also have bread making classes Saturdays at 2:00pm. All FoodWise classes are free.
