  Hypnobabies is a method of childbirth preparing that uses hypnotic techniques, guided imagery and visualization to train the inner mind to accept all of the positive and none of the negative. We teach you how to eliminate the fear-tension-pain cycle as well as MANY other wonderful techniques. This is totally different from any other childbirth class available today!
