  Birth Doula, CD(DONA), Certified Hypnodoula, Postpartum Doula CJP CHP Birth Trama Resolution Reiki Practioner Specializing in VBAC and Hospital Birth. In searching for ways of assisting women in labor, I have taken classes in Accupressure, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy & Labor Massage, Healing Touch, and Reiki. I am a Certified Journey Practioner (an Emotional Release/Cellular Healing Modality.) All of this looking for any tool to assist woman to be powerful and educated in their birth experiences. I have seen so many mothers who have had emotional blocks that made their birth experience less freeing and joyful than it could have been. As a result, I searched out, found, and certified in, a form of release-work that every mother who has chosen to take advantage of, has found to make a profound difference in their pregnancy and birth experience. Virtually each one has reported an increase in her connection with her partner, and her child, and freedom from normally present fears about birth. I have found this work to be one of the greatest gifts she has to offer parents, and provides this transformational work as an optional part of her doula package.
