Kelly is an Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki Master as well as a Registered Yoga Instructor. Kelly brings her unique knowledge of meditation, yoga and reiki to her classes. Lasting Light Yoga offers relaxing yoga classes specializing in Adult, Pre-Natal, Children's, Gentle/Senior, and Office yoga.
