  I teach a natural method of childbirth taken from information and experience gleaned from three birthing methods; Bradley, CAPPA (childbirth and postpartum Assoc) and BRIO BIRTH.  Included are 10 in-depth classes covering nutrition, exercise, anatomy and physiology, techniques for managing pain, relaxation, coaching, emergency childbirth and more, as you fully prepare physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the birth of your new baby and the experience of a lifetime. Also included are sections on birth planning, C section prevention, breast feeding and bonding. I'm also a DONA certified labor support  doula and love participating in the birth experience.
