Our goal at Lotus is to serve the highest quality & best tasting Asian food you have ever eaten. Using 35 years of experience working with organic and natural foods, we've created unique recipes & sourced special ingredients to bring you the real flavors of Northern Thailand, Burma,India & Indonesia. To do this, we grind, mix and blend our own spices from scratch. We never use MSG or any ingredients that contain MSG under any name. We use organic, fresh & local ingredients almost entirely. Many of our ingredients come from our own & other local farms. All our offerings are free of artificial flavors, colorings & preservatives. We use whole grains & as many organic ingredients as we can. Our foods are free of any dairy products as well.
