Our lovingly restored 1902 Queen Anne, Eastlake style home sits on a 1 acre+ lot in the Historic District. A comfortable ambience, period antiques and friendly hosts make for a perfect get-away weekend for you or for out of town guests. Soak in your own claw-foot tub, relax in the garden or walk to charming shops, restaurants, museum and VRE, Amtrak train depot. We provide a full, organic, gourmet breakfast using locally grown and organic products. Fresh strawberries, cherries, raspberries,seasonal vegetables and herbs from our own organic garden are also used when available. A Civil War and Railroad buff's dream, we are adjaacent to the Norfolk and Southern Railroad Line and a 12 min. drive to the Manassas National Battlefield Park and museum. We are within 30-60 minutes of Washington DC,the Cherry Blossom Festival, Dulles International, Washington-Reagan National Airport, George Washington's Mt. Vernon.
