Our mountaintop features a lovely B & B with gorgeous rooms and spectacular views. Packages & Seasonal Specials are always available. Mandala offers Personal retreats on a regular basis for those who are world-weary or for folks wanting to quit smoking or explore healthier lifestyles. We also offer ongoing yoga, QiGong and Mindfulness Meditation Classes along with day-long and weekend retreats. Individual consultations for guests include: counseling/psychotherapy for individuals or couples,private yoga or meditation instruction, hypnosis, stress reduction and guided imagery, and ayurvedic nutrition and Life Balancing Sessions.
