  For over 100 years, our family has raised cattle in herds in the same mountain pastures. No hormones, minimal stress, no additives, never shipped. Entirely grass fed. I can sell live whole beef, or half beef to families with large freezers.  I arrange for processing, which only occurs in the summer or fall. Older animals are available for dog food or ground beef. You may pick up your dry aged, custom cut, wrapped and frozen beef at the processors in Escondido, CA.
