  I am a mother of six children, a birth & postpartum doula, and a yoga instructor. It has been my privilege to serve families through the childbearing year, for over 15 years. It is my goal to not only provide support services to new mamas and families during pregnancy and birth, but well beyond. I have created playgroups, support groups, and natural food co-ops, for my clients to be a part of. My clients become my friends and part of my greater community. Initial consultations are always FREE, as well as postpartum phone support.
