Soybeans bought farm direct from the same local certified organic family farm for 25 plus years. Farmer grows his own NON GMO organic seedstock. All products are vegan, wheat free, gluten free,Certified Organic by OEFFA, and Kosher Certified by Rabbi Victor H. Urecki of Congregation B'nai Jacob, Member Rabbinical Council of America. Products include; Tofu, Soysages(mild or spicy), Missing Egg tofu salad, Tofu Burgers (three varieties), Tofu Meatballs, Five Bean Tofu Chili, and more to come.
