  My goal as a doula is to support women and their partners through the most precious event of bringing a baby into the world by providing comfort measures, information and encouragement prior to the birth, throughout the labor and immediately after. I am happy to provide placenta encapsulation services to improve the postpartum period.  Placenta consumption has been reported to increase energy, decrease the risk of postpartum depression and improve milk supply.
