     A Denver company has come up with a unique solution to control showering times. It is a fully automated shower timer called the Shower Manager. The Shower Manager gives the shower taker the best of both worlds, a full-flow of water for a preset time frame followed by restricted flow. The head of the household locks in the full-flow time (5, 8 or 11 minutes) with a security key. The restricted flow provides just enough water to finish rinsing, but not enough to encourage continued showering, says Don Brunkhardt founder of the company. A 5-minute reset interval prevents the shower taker from overriding the system. The unit installs in minutes and is powered by a small 9-volt battery.
