My services focus on providing families with the knowledge and support necessary to ensure that their birth experiences is the healthiest and happiest that it can be. I am a professional counselor with a background in trauma related disorders, grief and loss as well as other mood disorders. In addition to therapeutic services, I also attend homebirths as a doula, and instruct natural childbirth preparation classes. I believe that it is your body, your baby and your birth.
