  After 15 years providing childbirth education and doula care, Susan understands that no two pregnancies or births are the same. The goal of her service is to help women and their partners find and use their personal strengths and resources as they transition to parenthood or to an expanded family. Susan is certified by DONA, Lamaze, and the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice. She offers evidence-based sources to help families develope their understanding and preferences for birth and postpartum with confidence. Attention to facts never diminishes the wonder of welcoming a child. Work and preparation never diminish the intimacy and spirituality of childbirth.  In 2010 Susan completed her Masters in Human Development.
