All you have to do is order at least 48 hours in advance and then we will deliver full meals to your home or office the day before you are due to eat your first healthy meal! You get to choose from our Susan's Healthy Gourmet Menu, our kids' Backpack lunches or Busy Bee dinners or from our Family Dinner Menu by either ordering off our website, calling our customer service staff or sending over a fax. Our vegetarian menu is planned according to the lacto-ovo vegetarian guidelines with no meat or meat products. Low-fat dairy products are used to lessen the risk of a protein- or calcium-deficient diet and to enhance flavors. All meals have the proper food combinations to supply complete protein requirements.
