All of the sprouting, drying, milling, and packaging is done right on our farm. We work hard to ensure you get the best possible sprouted flour available. All orders are milled fresh. Our product doesn't sit on a shelf or in a warehouse. To Your Health offers sprouted wheat, spelt, and rye flours; whole grain for maximum nutrition, or sifted (most of the bran is removed) for finer pastries and pastas.
