Days begin with Hatha Yoga and Karma Yoga followed by one of our workshops: the Divine Light Invocation, Relaxation, Mantra, Kundalini or Dream Yoga. In the evening, the community comes together in the Temple of Divine Light for a time of devotion and gratitude. The Ashram has a comprehensive sustainability program, ranging from meal planning, housekeeping, and printing, to solar and geothermal heating systems.
