I am certified to inspect organic farms and processors and I still inspect a few operations a year, to stay in touch with the growers. But I work full time in a health-conscious household as their private organic chef. I got the position by networking via local organic growers, volunteering to do chef demonstrations at organic farmers' markets, etc.. I have nearly 15 years catering experience and it still took over two years to find the right match, but I am now very happy in my chosen profession. Peace, Caryl Post (and email) a response
