As a naturopathic physician I believe that the human body has an innate healing
ability. Healing comes from inside, not outside. Every person has this innate
capacity. The body is equiped with the ability to defend itself against threats
to its equilibrium. By working with you, teaching you how to use diet and
exercise, along with lifestyle changes and natural therapies, it is possible to
remove the causes of disease and avoid illness. I can create a treatment plan
using conventional medicine as well as traditional and natural medical
approaches.
The true purpose of medicine is to facilitate healing, the aim
of treatment is to unlock the healing system and allow it to do its work. The
treatment strategy that I employ will take into consideration your physical
makeup, blood type, mental and emotional state, gender, and the environment in
which you live. Self-healing is something we all have, as part of my practice I
seek to find and remove the blockages to self-healing.
