Since 1952, the Central Brevard Humane Society,a non-profit animal welfare
charity has been helping homeless animals throughout Brevard. Operating
primarily from contributions from the community, we are deeply grateful for the
support of this effort.
Every gift makes it possible for us to care for
thousands of homeless, abused and unwanted animals, enabling us to provide them
shelter, food, veterinary care and the attention they so deeply deserve.
Contributions help in the community as we spread the message of responsible pet
ownership, and promote kindness and compassion through programs to Brevardians
of all ages, such as child/pet safety programs. We operate two thrift shops,
Molly Mutt I located at 2525 N. Courtenay Parkway, about a half mile south of
SR528 on SR3 in Merritt Island, and Molly Mutt II located at 728 E. New Haven
Avenue at the corner of Waverly Place in downtown Melbourne. Stop by and see our
treasures! All proceeds from sales at these shops support the animals at the
shelter.
