Our certified Organic C.S.A. farm has been completely off grid for 28 years
using solar power so our water use is limited and requires the utilization of
soaker hoses and drip systems to grow our fruit and vegetables. Due to water
restraints, we sell to a small clientele in the local area delivering to homes
and offices every week, all year long, thanks to homemade hoophouses that buffer
the winter wind and cold protecting hardy greens, herbs and root crops. The more
benevolent seasons allow us to grow esoteric varieties of veggies that our
customers cannot find elsewhere.
