Communities Altering The Strays (CATS) is a nonprofit animal welfare
organization devoted to educating people about animal overpopulation. As
advocates of spaying and neutering, we help people learn TNRM
(trap/neuter/return/monitor) and how to tame and socialize cats that they
believe could be adopted.
Communities Altering The Strays (CATS) networks
widely with other rescue groups and shelters throughout New Jersey, and the
United States. If we work together, we can find more homes for cats.
