I hold a BSc. (hons.) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Although I am based in
Haywards Heath I also cover places such as Burgess Hill, Hassocks and Brighton.
My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is integrative, which meand that I
integrate several approaches of the mind and human psyche into my work. This can
be very beneficial for clients as issues will be seen from a much larger
perspective.
