We raise all natural, all grass fed Belted Galloway and Angus beef on our farm
in Beaverdam, Va. We sell individual cuts frozen and vacuum sealed from our
farm or at local farmers markets. We also sell beef by the side. We keep laying
hens on pasture and hay fields and sell their healthy fresh eggs. Our chickens
are a fun and important part of the health of our farm. We practice rotational
grazing and low stress animal care. We work to improve our land and surroundings
by our stewardship. We also use Katherine's skills and experience as a horse vet
to board and rehabilitate elderly or injured horses. We welcome visitors any
