Our harvests are carefully processed
and brought to our roasting house fast due to air shipping from the land-locked
Himalayas and freshest, ripest cherries picked from the coffee farms! A study
recently conducted about the Nepal coffee bean notes Nepal coffee has a larger
amount of natural caffeine in the cup. We already knew this was where the
birthplace of Buddha, of course the highest caffeine levels are found in this

Our organic, fair trade teas are now available in
sachets, which make the loose leaf, teas more accessible for use in the service
industry and beyond. There is a great & historic tea culture in Nepal, which
carries over into the gorgeous offerings of teas they represent. From the
lightest bouquet found in the multitude of White teas produced here to the
darkest, most mineral-rich Assam black teas. �Nepal has made it's mark on the
tea industry and has nestled in among the most discerning palette of tea
connoisseurs. Each �of �our varietals is a prized harvest of tea, not to be
confused with their Indian counterparts. It is a origin of it's own, down to the
very hands that wake up with the dawn to harvest fresh leaves each day, Nepal's
tea legacy is unique and rare.
All coffees are
gourmet Arabica and come from two distinct varietals, the cattura--from the
organic coffee farms of Sumatra and the pachamara--from the organic coffee farms
of Central America. The Nepal coffee makes an outrageous, single-source espresso
with "Himalayan crema" and a depth that matures with each year's sustainable
harvest. Grown beneath a diverse canopy of fruit and nut trees, Nepal coffee is
sure to delight the senses in every way. It is the highest in natural
caffeine--of any coffee origin--and stands alone as the most Northern-grown
Arabica in the World!
